We collect the following types of information: identification data (name, surname, DNI/CUIT), contact data (email, phone, address), financial data for identity verification according to Financial Information Unit (UIF) regulations, navigation and platform usage information, and technical data from the device used to access our services.

We use your information to: process and manage your participation in investment projects, verify your identity in accordance with current Argentine regulations, communicate about the status of your investments and relevant opportunities, improve our services and user experience, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud and illicit activities.

The processing of your personal data is based on: your express consent when registering on the platform, the execution of the service contract between you and Infociudadar, compliance with legal obligations (Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection, CNV and UIF regulations), and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and improving our services.
5. Data sharing
We may share your information with: real estate developers participating in projects where you invest (limited data), Argentine regulatory authorities when required by law, service providers assisting us in platform operation (under strict confidentiality agreements), and financial institutions for payment processing.
6. Storage and security
Your data is stored on servers located in Argentina and/or in countries that guarantee an adequate level of protection according to Argentine regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including data encryption, access controls, and periodic security audits.

Under Law 25.326, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of your data when appropriate, object to processing in certain circumstances, and request portability of your data.
