1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Infociudadar S.A. platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Platform.
2. Service description
Infociudadar is a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with urban development projects in Argentina. We facilitate collective participation in real estate investments, allowing users with different investment capacities to participate in projects that would otherwise be inaccessible.
3. Eligibility requirements
To use our Platform, you must: be over 18 years old, have legal residence in Argentina or legal capacity to invest in the country, complete the identity verification process (KYC) required by Argentine regulations, provide accurate and current information, and accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
4. Investment risks
Investments in real estate projects carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: risk of partial or total loss of invested capital, risks associated with the Argentine real estate market, delays in project execution, regulatory or economic changes affecting expected returns. Infociudadar does not guarantee returns or recovery of invested capital.
5. User obligations
As a Platform user, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information, maintain confidentiality of your access credentials, not use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, immediately report any unauthorized use of your account, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Intellectual property
All Platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Infociudadar S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws and international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
Infociudadar will not be liable for: losses derived from investments made through the Platform, service interruptions due to technical causes or force majeure, actions of third parties or project developers, investment decisions made by users. Our maximum liability is limited to fees actually charged.
8. Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of our services after publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
